About Coach Nikki

Hi! I’m Coach Nikki, and my journey in sports, coaching, and youth development started long before I ever realized it would become my career. I started playing soccer when I was six years old. My dad was my first coach, and those early days on the field were more than just about learning the game. It was how we bonded. He instilled in me a deep love for the sport, and that connection fueled my dedication and passion for years to come.

I went on to play varsity soccer at Palos Verdes High School and played for Legends FC, one of the top 25 club teams in the country. My hard work and commitment eventually led me to play Division I soccer at the University of Richmond. While I gained so much from the sport, teamwork, discipline, resilience, I also experienced the challenges of injury. Those experiences
sparked my passion for injury prevention and helped shape my purpose: making sure young athletes are trained safely, intentionally, and with long-term health in mind. As a young soccer player, I suffered from various injuries because I didn’t have the resources available to prevent
those injuries from happening in the first place, but now I do. Now, I am able to help not only myself recover from years of injuries, but also help prevent injury for the next generation to come.

After my playing career, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Pilates instructor. I specialize in functional movement, core strength, and building body awareness especially for kids and teens. I’m all about helping young athletes build confidence while protecting their bodies and setting a strong foundation for the future.

Working with kids has always come naturally to me. Since I was a teenager, I’ve been a nanny, tutor, and babysitter. I studied psychology and child development in college, which gave me even more tools to support kids holistically. I believe movement should be fun, safe, and empowering, and that every child deserves to feel supported, and strong.

I joined Coach Kee’s 360 Training and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of this team. Coach Kee’s vision and leadership inspire me every day, and I’m grateful to learn from her while bringing my own experience and passion into the work we do. There’s something really special happening here, and I’m looking forward to everything we can accomplish together.

At the heart of it all, I love helping people, especially kids, unlock their potential, fall in love with movement, and feel proud of what their bodies can do.
